‘Celebrating and empowering women through a sound mind in a sound body’
On 22nd March, ASICS and Sportsshoes.com are inviting women to join in on an evening of movement and wellbeing, providing everyone with some much needed 'me time'.
AJ Odudu and Equinox trainer Sandy Wasserbach will take you through a 30 min workout followed by a 15 min stretch and cooldown. AJ will then host a panel discussion with key women in fitness and wellbeing discussing topics including cycle syncing, busting myths around nutrition and the science behind why movement is so important for mental health. We will also be providing some practical advice that can aid everyone’s general wellbeing.
There will be an opportunity to ask your own questions to our panel.
At a time when we can't be physically together, we need connection more than ever. We hope this evening will invigorate, uplift and empower everyone, whilst celebrating the wonderful women in attendance.
Our ambition is to bring as many women together as possible. No matter your age, shape or fitness ability, everybody is welcome.
So get signed up, spread the word and we'll see you then!
